Due to interstate commerce laws that were enacted just after prohibition in the 1930s we can ship you our Oregon wine only if you live in appropriate states. Of course, you must be 21 years old, and using your own credit card. We ship via FED-EX (No P.O. Boxes please) and the driver must obtain signature, packages cannot be left at the door.
We ship in the continental US only (sorry no Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Mars or Pluto). Also due to archaic world views and a culture that doesn’t drink wine or support small vineyards (but you can get bourbon & whiskey) we can’t ship to every state.
Here’s our current list of states that we (supposedly) can ship to: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Due to ever changing state legislation and fees these may vary by month.
