We’ve been busy this summer tending the vineyards and crafting some new wines.
Come on out and try the fruits of our labor!
New wines, great food and classic rock this weekend…

sexy-wine-glassKB Winemaker’s Red Blend … New Release!
Deep, dark and still smooth & supple- a rich red blend.  Fruit-forward with good tannins and structure, dark berry and plum notes and a silky finish. This Blend features Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon from our friends at Layne Vineyard (who we’ve worked with since 1983). Along with a touch of our estate Syrah to add a bit of spice. Enjoy it with friends, family & roasted meats.

2010 KB  Reserve Merlot-
Rich smooth & supple- everything you expect in Merlot & more (but not like the movie Sideways). Fruit-forward with good tannins and structure and a beautiful silky finish. This Merlot (with just a hint of Cabernet) was aged for over two years in Hungarian Oak.  Why KB…it stands for Kirk’s Best- named after the son who helps run the vineyards.  (or it’s Kick Butt- because people compare it to other Merlots and it does…)
