Every season we taste through what we are making and take some of our favorite releases and put them in large format bottles.
Why? It is fun to share the spirit of wines with others… The other reason is that large format bottles age differently than normal wine bottles. The science behind it is that with more room the wine ages more gracefully and makes it even more special… (have you ever seen anyone age one of those airplane size bottles?)
