Grown & made on the property- we fermented our Dijon Clone fruit on stainless steel and then barrel aged in new oak barrels.
The winemaking combination created aromatic tropical fruit & apple notes up front followed by rich body and vanilla on the finish. Perfect for poultry, cheeses and sipping. Enjoy one of our new family favorites.
